We needed a romantic escape and ended up at a beach location far from the city. We were surprised to have a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom area, which gave us plenty of space for privacy. the pool was a nice touch, but our favorite aspect was the easy access to the beach and multiple restaurants. the area was peaceful and there were several shops nearby. We enjoyed the convenience of having a grocery store and a butcher shop a short walk away.

The hot water in the shower was intermittent and sometimes uncomfortable. the apartment was a bit outdated and could use some modern touches.

I liked the friendliness and able to explain our situation with leaving. It was almost like staying with family.

The owners, staff were very friendly and the apartment was spacious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Trinity Beach is amazing, with a great beach and a laid-back feel. We enjoyed the warm water temperature even at that time of year and loved being so close to the sea.

The apartments were excellent for our family group aged from 1 month to 60! Everything was very clean and the managers are extremely helpful.

The managers are very approachable and easy to answer any questions you have on either hotel facilities or the local area tourist spots. The rooms were fully equipped for a long stay.

Some others staying at the units were less then quiet at 11pm!! Not too sure what can be down about rowdy guests.

Great apartment with a good amount of space and decent cooking facilities. The shower was excellent, and we had a washing machine and dryer in our unit, which was convenient. located within easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants and cafes.

The outdoor pool was not heated, and the water was freezing, making it less than ideal when we wanted to relax and swim. some of the furniture and decoration in the apartment appeared quite old and worn, which took away from the romantic atmosphere of our escape.

Facilities were very adequate for family needs. Location was convenient for heading off to a variety of tourist destinations. Good restaurants and Gallery nearby. Shopping centres accessible

Staff were fantastic. Their assistance went beyond what I would have expected. They even lent us some stuff for one of our day tours. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Although the location was not on the beach, in a way it was better because it was half way between the beach and the shopping centre, and so both were in walking distance.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those looking to experience the beauty of the Reef. With Trinity Beach just a short walk away, guests can easily enjoy the stunning views and relaxing atmosphere. the rooms are spacious and clean, with well-equipped bathrooms and a pleasant view of the pool. the staff provides friendly and helpful service, ensuring a comfortable stay. the hotel offers a variety of facilities, including a swimming pool and barbecue area, making it convenient for families and couples.

The overall decor of the hotel could be improved.
